While the real estate market does slow a bit in December / January and open houses may not be as plentiful as they were in the fall months, don't let that fool you into thinking you should put your home search on hold for the winter.

 For a market update, I've included the October Home Demand Index, from Bright MLS. This report gauges buyer interest across various segments of the Philadelphia housing market.
